By accessing zonamap.in or using the Zona mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

Nature of the service

Zona is an information platform that aggregates land records from official government sources. Zona is not a substitute for legal advice, a title opinion, or a government-certified document. For legal purposes, always rely on certified copies (Pramanik Nakal) from the relevant Sub-Registrar or Tehsil office.

Permitted use

• Personal, non-commercial research and due diligence
• Commercial use by real estate brokers under our Broker Plan
• Viewing, downloading, and sharing records within the app's sharing features

Prohibited use

• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or re-distribution of Zona data
• Using Zona data to impersonate property owners or commit fraud
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the app
• Creating derivative services using Zona's data without written permission

Content accuracy

While Zona sources data from official portals and verifies it where possible, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. Government data is updated on different cycles across districts, and some records contain historical errors that carry forward. You are responsible for verifying critical information before making a transaction decision.

Limitation of liability

Noble Mace Ventures is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Zona, including but not limited to losses from property transactions undertaken based on information displayed on the platform.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
