This Privacy Policy explains how Noble Mace Ventures ("we", "us", "Zona") collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the Zona mobile app or website (zonamap.in).

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, phone, state, role (buyer, broker, farmer)
• Usage data — which features you use, which khasras you search, pages you view
• Device data — device model, OS version, IP address (anonymized for analytics)
• Location — approximate location for showing nearby land records (with permission)

How we use your data

• Providing land records, maps, and related features
• Improving search suggestions, relevance, and product features
• Communicating important updates about your account or saved searches
• Detecting and preventing fraud, misuse, and security issues

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties
• We do not show third-party ads in the Zona app or website
• We do not share your search history or saved records with brokers without consent

Data retention

Account information is retained as long as your account is active. Usage data is retained for up to 24 months for product improvement and then anonymized. You can request account deletion anytime by emailing hello@zonamap.in.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time
