Zona is built by Noble Mace Ventures, a Jaipur-based company. We exist because buying, selling, or managing land in India is needlessly hard — and the people most hurt by that complexity are farmers, small brokers, and first-time buyers who can't afford expensive legal opinions for every transaction.

What we do

We aggregate official land records from state revenue departments across India — Jamabandi, BhuNaksha, RoR, Khasra maps, Mutation records, DLC rates — and present them in a fast, mobile-first app that works even in rural areas with poor connectivity.

On top of the records, we build verification tools: Impose Naksha overlays boundaries on satellite imagery so you can catch encroachments. Custom Naksha Maker lets brokers create professional plot sketches. Khasra-to-Location search works both ways — enter a khasra, find the GPS coordinates, or drop a pin and get the khasra.

Where we are

We're live across all 33 districts of Rajasthan. We're actively expanding to Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Delhi — covering 20+ states by end of 2026.

Our approach to data

Every record Zona shows is sourced from an official government portal — there is no scraped, inferred, or synthesized land information on the platform. We cache records to provide offline access and speed, but the underlying source is always the Revenue Department of the respective state.

For listings and broker content, we verify title documents before allowing any property to be listed. Unverified listings are never shown publicly.

Our approach to content

Every guide, case study, and data analysis on this site is written by a named human on our team. We use AI as a writing and research tool — but no article is published without a domain expert reviewing, editing, and taking responsibility for the content.

Case studies describe real situations our field team has encountered (identifying details changed with the client's permission). Data analysis uses public government data we've independently verified.

The team

Zona is built by a small team of engineers, domain experts, and field officers based in Jaipur. We have people on the ground in Alwar, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Udaipur who regularly visit Patwari offices and tehsils to validate our data pipelines.
