JDA Housing Plot Schemes: Know the details

The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), primarily responsible for all planned development in Jaipur, Rajasthan, launched three residential plot schemes in the last quarter of 2024. With the lottery draw for its final scheme held on February 24, 2025, the schemes have concluded on a successful note. To know more about the details regarding the schemes, read below.


The JDA unveiled its much-awaited housing schemes on December 15, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the state government. The three schemes, known as Atal Vihar Yojana, Govind Vihar Yojana and Patel Vihar Yojana were carried out to boost affordable housing availability and thereby enhance the region's real estate landscape while catering to the housing needs of various income groups.

JDA Housing Scheme: Patel Nagar Yojana


The Patel Nagar Yojana provided plots in Khori Ropada, near Khatipura Railway Station. This scheme was part of JDA's efforts to provide organised housing solutions to accommodate the city's growing population.
