The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA), primarily responsible for all planned development in Jaipur, Rajasthan, launched three residential plot schemes in the last quarter of 2024. The JDA unveiled its much-awaited housing schemes on December 15, on the occasion of the first anniversary of the state government. The three schemes, known as Atal Vihar Yojana, Govind Vihar Yojana and Patel Vihar Yojana were carried out to boost affordable housing availability and thereby enhance the region's real estate landscape while catering to the housing needs of various income groups.
