Rajasthan’s e-Mitra is a state government initiative that brings hundreds of public and private services under one roof through kiosks, a web portal, and a mobile app. Managed by the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C) and executed by RajCOMP Info Services Ltd., it operates in cities, towns, and remote villages alike.

What is e-Mitra?
e-Mitra is Rajasthan’s single-window digital platform for delivering government-to-citizen (G2C) and business-to-citizen (B2C) services. Citizens can pay bills, apply for certificates, or avail banking and insurance facilities without visiting multiple offices.
Key Objectives
Reduce Rural-Urban Divide Kiosks are placed at district, block, and gram-panchayat levels so villagers don’t need to travel far.
One-Stop Service Hub Combines utility payments, certificate issuance, welfare schemes, mobile recharges, insurance, and more.
Transparency & Speed Every request gets a unique ID; users track status online, minimizing delays and middlemen.
